Ciao,

here (http://www.ambmuggia...?showtopic=3004) is description of Peziza lividula.

1. How many oil drops where in the spores?
2. What are the size (width) of the paraphyses?
3. Was paraphyses with brown wakuoles?

Ciao Pimpek,
è passato parecchi tempo dallo studio di tale raccolta, nelle note avevo segnato che le spore in H2O evidenziavano una o più spesso due gocce ai poli, però in blu lattico la cosa non si nota.

Le parafisi si attestano attorno a 5-7 µm, all'apice e sono un po' più lunghe degli aschi.
In quanto al loro colore, non ricordo, ma crdo che i tono bruni siano stati presenti.

Posso aggiungere alcune foto dello studio, purtoppo, all'epoca le foto erano quello che erano e non è che si veda molto.

Hm....... i have one Peziza aff. lividula W. Phillips but paraphyses are 12-14µm thick !!
My Peziza was in Polish Academy of Science and some mycologist (Holland, England). Everyone say, this is (?) P.lividula, but this can be a new "ragional-variable".

What are you thinking about? Here is my Peziza: Peziza lividula var. glacensis (??)

I newer saw Peziza with so thick paraphyses, and you? But maby you can think, it is not P.lividula?
